At Big Timber BBQ & Tex-Mex, we are a family-owned business founded in 2023, but with decades of experience perfecting our craft. While we're new to the business side of things, our passion for cooking and serving delicious food runs deep. Our goal is to combine the bold flavors of Tex-Mex and BBQ into unforgettable meals that bring people together. As a part-time business with full-time dedication, my wife, Ashley, and I both work full-time jobs in addition to running this venture. And it’s not just us—our kids, Silas and Lily, are an important part of the Big Timber family. Whether they're helping out in the kitchen or sharing laughs with customers, they’re right there with us, making this a true family affair. What started as cooking for friends at golf tournaments and parties quickly turned into a dream, and we’re excited to share our passion with you.
